Hailing from Madison, Virginia, Tracy Tanner-Bond is the Office and Special Projects Manager for the Sorensen Institute. She has had a thirty-five year career at the University of Virginia.
Before joining Sorensen in 2006, her background at the University has been diverse, from experience in the Bursar's Office, Construction and Facilities Management and Real Estate Contract Administration. Her financial and administrative experience has been a wonderful resource in managing the financial operations for this non-profit organization.
Tracy is an alumna of Mary Baldwin University, where she received her BA in Art History and was an ADP Honors Student. She has also received graduate degrees in Art History from Mary Baldwin University and the University of Virginia. In 2010, Tracy graduated from Leadership Charlottesville.
Outside of Sorensen, Tracy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, flower gardening, event planning, collecting antiques, and baking pies.
